If the test doesn't begin in a couple seconds after clicking Start, click Cancel, wait a couple seconds, then click Start again. Repeat this process until the test starts. This may take around 4 or 6 tries.
Ping results are not accurate when using the HTML5 Speed Test with Internet Explorer.
